This policy covers purchases made through NeverLimited, LLC and its properties, including DigitalExpo, F2, and related stores. We want you to be satisfied — if something isn't right, contact us.
Because digital products are delivered instantly and consumed on access, they are generally non-refundable once opened or downloaded. However, if a digital product is defective, was not delivered, or was not as described, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will repair, replace, or refund it. Subscription and token plans can be canceled anytime and stop renewing at the end of the current period; we do not refund partial periods unless required by law.
Physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original condition and packaging. To start a return, contact us with your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the item. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, in which case we cover it. Custom, clearance, or final-sale items may be excluded; any such exclusion is noted at purchase.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
