Paid Services and products are billed as described at the point of sale. Prices and availability may change. Refunds and returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for their intended purpose. You retain rights to content you submit, and grant us a license to host and process it to operate the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeverLimited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant Service in the prior twelve months.
We may modify the Services or these Terms at any time; continued use after changes means you accept them. We may suspend or terminate access for violations. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State in which NeverLimited, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
